How to Connect Apple CarPlay on Your Toyota Model

Step 1 – Enable Siri and Apple CarPlay on your smartphone.

Step 2 – Turn CarPlay on in your vehicle by pressing menu then general then Apple CarPlay then on.

Step 3 – Using an Apple lightning cable, connect your phone to your vehicle via a USB port. 

Step 4 – Once you connect via the lightning cable, a prompt should display with three selections: do not enable, enable once, and always enable. If you would like your vehicle to automatically connect to Apple CarPlay in the future, press always enable. Press enable once for a single session.
