3 Fun Ways to Celebrate Father’s Day in St. Louis
This Father’s Day why not spend some quality time with Dad letting him know just how special he is. Here are 3 fun ways to celebrate Father’s Day in St. Louis with that special guy in your life.
Most people think of planes when they think of St. Louis, but our home town is also a great car town. At Ackerman Toyota we never pass up an opportunity to check out a cool ride. Why not take Dad to a car show this Father’s Day? The Kemp Auto Museum has free admission on Father’s Day, or if you’d like more of a festival feel- check out the Kimmswick Car Show. This car show has all makes and models, as well as live music and plenty of family activities.
Good food is always a good idea. Here are a few ways to treat Dad to a special meal. The Boathouse in Forest Park serves up a nice brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and you can even head out for a Dad and me paddle boat ride. Or if Dad wants to try a new cuisine, Sanctuaria has a wonderful Spanish brunch just for Father’s Day.
Are you an active family? There are lots of fun rides in and around St. Louis. For the father of a young family, you can’t beat the St. Louis Carousel for traditional fun and it’s free on Father’s Day. Are your children a little older? Why not head out to the Katy Trail for a nice bike ride. You can head out for a fun 30 minutes ride, or if you are really ambitious a 5 day trek!
At Ackerman Toyota we love our families and are proud of all the dads on our team. We wish you and your families a very happy Father’s Day!
