2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Features and Updates
Desert Air Intake
By far the most noticeable change for the 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro is the inclusion of an available Desert Air Intake feature that looks like a large snorkel. The Desert Air Intake helps the Tacoma in off-road performance by intaking air for the engine from above the vehicle rather than below where air quality is often dusty and filled with debris kicked up from the tires.
Fox Shocks
The front shocks on the 2019 Tacoma TRD Pro have been upgraded to 2.5-inch Fox shocks with 46mm pistons and eight bypass zones. Combined with an upgraded front sway bar and TRD-tuned springs that increase the front lift about an inch, the 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro can tackle uneven terrains with more finesse than ever.
Standard Entune Premium
The Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro trim will come standard with the Toyota Entune Premium infotainment system to keep drivers connected and entertained while on the road. The Toyota Entune Premium system includes integrated navigation, a JBL Audio system, and the Toyota App Suite for easy-access to directions, music, podcasts, and phone services.
